A portion of POSTWORKOUT! provides 3 g of L-glutamine, citric acid, 1,235 g of L-leucine, natural flavor, 1 g of ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, 950 mg of L-lysine, 825 mg of L-isoleucine, 630 mg of L - valine, pH alkaline ®(500 mg of potassium, 100 mg of magnesium and 135 mg of calcium), 475 mg of L-threonine, 430 mg of *L-phenylalanine, 325 mg of L-methionine , 200 mg alpha-lipoic acid, 125 mg L-tryptophan, 120 mg ascorbic acid (Vit.
