The adidas Training Spezial are wide-fit training shoes designed to take you from weightlifting to dynamic exercises. The combination of dual density midsole, REPETITOR foam and Traxion outsole offers stability, cushioning and grip during functional training, crosstraining, sprints and hybrid workouts.

The stiffer structure in the heel area ensures a stable base during lifts, while the flexible Cordura® nylon upper promotes natural movement and resistance over time.

Wide plant and stability when lifting

The wide sole offers more space for the foot and allows the toes to stretch during squats, deadlifts, lunges and strength exercises.

The dual-density midsole features a stiffer structure in the heel area, helping to improve control and stability when loads increase.

Repetitor cushioning

adidas REPETITOR foam offers a balance of cushioning and support. Dual-density construction allows you to tackle weight-bearing exercises and dynamic movements while maintaining a stable feel underfoot.

This configuration makes the Training Spezial also suitable for workouts that alternate lifting, short runs and functional stations.

Cordura® nylon upper

The Cordura® nylon upper combines flexibility and durability, offering support during intense workouts without restricting the movement of the foot.

The material is designed to cope with frequent use in the gym, in crosstraining circuits and during hybrid training sessions.

Grip Traxion

The Traxion outsole grips the ground and offers the necessary grip during sprints, changes of direction and explosive exercises.

Traction promotes more controlled movements both during strength exercises and when the workout requires speed and agility.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.
Before shipping your return, you must request and receive our approval.

Items must be intact, clean, unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.

Returns with signs of use, stains, odors, or damage will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs and any size exchanges are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product found upon delivery or an error on our part.

Change size or model

If you would like an exchange, please let us know the size and/or model you would like.

We'll replace it if available. If your requested size or style isn't available, you can choose between:

• reimbursement
• exchange for another item of your choice

Reimbursement

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected and will be issued to the original payment method.

Once issued, the refund is generally visible within 5–7 working days, but the times may vary depending on the bank and arrive up to 30 days.

Defective products and warranty (sports goods subject to wear and tear)

NB: normal wear and tear from sports use does not constitute a defect, therefore we reserve the right to verify the suitability of the return.

If the defect is confirmed, depending on the specific case, one of the following options will be applied:

• replacement
• full refund
• partial refund
• purchase voucher for the full or partial value of the defective product

The value of refunds or vouchers will be calculated based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
