How to use the callus pads:

The FREE ZERO calliper provides excellent grip on standard and "smooth" bars.

We do not recommend use on extremely rough bars. Product to be used strictly "WITHOUT MAGNESITE"

How to clean the callus guards:

To clean the external surface we recommend using a normal degreaser.

Hand washing is recommended to avoid compromising the materials used.

Do not dry the product in the sun after washing.
