Creatp is a supplement of pure creatine monohydrate, in micronized form (200 mesh) which makes it more bioavailable than a traditional form.
Creatine is a substance naturally present in our muscle tissue, in the form of phosphocreatine, which acts as an important energy reserve for short and intense maximal effort.
Several studies confirm that its intake for a period of around 20-30 days promotes the increase in physiological phosphocreatine reserves, the availability of which helps delay the onset of fatigue and muscle lactate.
The same studies also seem to confirm that creatine promotes an increase in lean muscle mass, thanks to its ability to ensure good intracellular hydration.

Creatp is indicated to improve energy availability in general, but more specifically in anaerobic sports, of short duration and high intensity (speed, weight lifting). Creatine intake is useful for supporting cardiac tone and mental performance. It is recommended to take creatine with a sugary drink or a simple glucose-based drink (15 g), which appears to improve the intestinal assimilation of creatine.
Take 3.5 g per day (approximately 1 scoop) dissolved in water, preferably between meals and possibly early in the day. It is recommended to use the product for 10 to 30 days. Creatp can also be combined with fruit or fruit juice, or simple sugars, but avoid complex foods. For more demanding athletes, it is possible to double the dose, taking it in two separate doses.
