Thanks to the cyclodextrins contained within this supplement, Cyclodex Complete appears to be suitable for integration immediately PRE training or PRE competition, providing a good quantity of rapidly absorbed but slow releasing carbohydrates, allowing you to avoid incurring any state of hypoglycemia, and therefore have a gradual supply of energy during a particularly taxing session.

A 50 g dose consists of:

- 31 g of HBCD, or highly branched cyclodextrins (Cluster Dextrin™), are oligosaccharides extracted from starchy foods, commonly considered as waxy corn starch and Vitargo™ extracted from barley. In truth, the advantage of Cyclodextrins compared to the latter two glucose polymers lies in their very high solubility, in their ability to improve the absorption of other compounds to which they bind and to resist high temperatures and a low pH. Furthermore, their high molecular weight (160 kDa) and their short molecular chain allow rapid gastric emptying and a gradual release into the blood greater than simple glucose. This particular characteristic effectively allows the use of cyclodextrins in high intensity sports, precisely because gastric emptying is compromised during physical activity which exceeds 75% VO2Max, and simple glucose would take too long to leave the stomach and enter in the bloodstream. Furthermore, cyclodextrins have demonstrated a dilation of resistance time and efficient maintenance of blood sugar during training compared to simple glucose supplementation. Finally, a reduced perception of effort compared to the ingestion of maltodextrins, therefore a better feeling of stamina during training.

- Mineral salts such as Potassium 500 mg and Magnesium 450 mg, essential for maintaining the nervous system, the osteomuscular system and the electrolyte balance during effort and sweating.

- A pool of branched chain amino acids, BCAA, in a 2:1:1 ratio (L-Leucine 2.5 g, L-Isoleucine 1.25 g , L-Valine 1.25 g), which first of all promote glucose uptake via the PI3K/aPKC pathway, independent of the mTOR pathway and its use in the cell. Furthermore, they perform a particular neuronal activation function, since they would compete with the same tryptophan uptake pathway, responsible for the increase in fatigue during training, so their integration before and during training would increase neuronal excitation via mTOR , thus allowing greater focus and a delay in the onset of fatigue.

- 3 g of Creatine (Creapure®) for an instant increase in phosphocreatine stores, of fundamental importance for the synthesis of ATP in efforts to high intensity of short and medium duration; to ensure adequate hydration and hypertonicity of the cell, given the loss of fluids due to physical activity; for a reduction of fatigue in chronic states and sleep deprivation; for a better uptake of glucose within the cell and therefore for its adequate use for energy purposes; increase in lean mass and diameter of type I, IIa and IIx muscle fibers.
