The Nike Free Metcon 7 Men combines the flexibility needed for dynamic movements with a stable base for strength exercises. The containment of the medial area has been updated to offer a more enveloping fit, maintaining the freedom of movement of Nike Free technology.

Flexibility in the forefoot

Nike Free technology combines stable foam in the heel area with a softer, more flexible structure in the forefoot. The grooves on the sole favor the natural movement of the foot during lunges, burpees, sprints and changes of direction.

Stability for strength exercises

The stable heel creates a solid base during squats, deadlifts and other weight-bearing exercises. This combination allows you to switch from dynamic movements to strength work without changing shoes.

Containment of the medial area

The woven lacing system works together with the internal lining to keep the foot stable during multi-directional movements. The fit is snug and supportive even when the pace of training increases.

Breathability and resistance

The lightweight technical mesh upper promotes air circulation and helps keep the foot comfortable during the most intense workouts.

Reinforcements on the toe and side of the shoe increase resistance in the most stressed areas. The new lacing and containment system replaces the previous Flywire cables.

Items must be intact, clean, unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.

Returns with signs of use, stains, odors, or damage will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs and any size exchanges are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product found upon delivery or an error on our part.

Change size or model

If you would like an exchange, please let us know the size and/or model you would like.

We'll replace it if available. If your requested size or style isn't available, you can choose between:

• exchange for another item of your choice

Reimbursement

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected and will be issued to the original payment method.

Once issued, the refund is generally visible within 5–7 working days, but the times may vary depending on the bank and arrive up to 30 days.

If the defect is confirmed, depending on the specific case, one of the following options will be applied:

The value of refunds or vouchers will be calculated based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
