Nike Metcon 10 Men is designed for workouts that require a stable base under load and a quick response during dynamic movements. The lighter structure than Metcon 9 and the reactive midsole make it suitable for strength, conditioning and crosstraining sessions.

A stable base for lifting

The Hyperlift plate positioned under the heel improves stability during squats, deadlifts, cleans and other high-load exercises. The wider toe box compared to Metcon 9 allows the toes to extend more naturally, promoting solid support across the entire foot.

Mobility and energy return

The ReactX foam midsole offers lightweight, responsive cushioning. Flex grooves on the outsole aid mobility during box jumps, sprints, burpees and quick changes of direction.

Grip where you need it

The outsole features a flat and grippy traction pattern, designed to offer control when lifting weights even on wet surfaces. The reinforced texture on the toe and in the medial area increases resistance in the areas most subject to wear.

Stable foot during workout

The medial band wraps around the foot when the laces are tightened. Together with the heel support and lace strap, it helps maintain a stable fit during intense movements.

The open-weave technical mesh upper promotes breathability, while the plastic clip on the heel protects the shoe during handstand push-ups.

Items must be intact, clean, unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.

Returns with signs of use, stains, odors, or damage will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs and any size exchanges are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product found upon delivery or an error on our part.

Change size or model

If you would like an exchange, please let us know the size and/or model you would like.

We'll replace it if available. If your requested size or style isn't available, you can choose between:

• reimbursement
• exchange for another item of your choice

Reimbursement

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected and will be issued to the original payment method.

Once issued, the refund is generally visible within 5–7 working days, but the times may vary depending on the bank and arrive up to 30 days.

Defective products and warranty (sports goods subject to wear and tear)

NB: normal wear and tear from sports use does not constitute a defect, therefore we reserve the right to verify the suitability of the return.

If the defect is confirmed, depending on the specific case, one of the following options will be applied:

• purchase voucher for the full or partial value of the defective product

The value of refunds or vouchers will be calculated based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
