Branched-chain amino acids include three essential amino acids: L-leucine, L-valine, and L-isoleucine. Under conditions of metabolic stress (i.e., when the body is subjected to physical exertion), branched-chain amino acids can support protein synthesis and serve as a source of energy (gluconeogenesis).
The functions of amino acids depend on the presence of B vitamins, which play a fundamental role in optimizing the catabolic and anabolic functions of branched-chain amino acids.
How to use: It is recommended to take 5 tablets a day with a glass of water.
