TYR CXT-3 Trainer – Lighter. More Stable. More Dominant.

If you train to win, you can't afford a shoe that slows you down.

The TYR CXT-3 evolves the CXT series with a lighter structure, firmer support and improved traction.
Designed for athletes who alternate heavy lifting, sprinting, conditioning and multidirectional movements in the same workout.

This is a shoe built for real performance.

---

🏋️ Stability under load

The new External TPU Heel Counter blocks the heel even in the heaviest loads.

• Greater stability in squats

• Control in deadlifts

• Safety in explosive movements

The wide, anatomical platform allows the foot to expand naturally, creating a solid base when lifting.

---

⚡ Reactivity that returns energy

The midsole SURGENRG™ Foam converts the applied force into elastic rebound.

Result:

• Faster transitions

• More explosive sprints

• More efficient conditioning

It is stable when you lift.
It's dynamic when you accelerate.

---

🦾 Lighter, more agile

• -8% weight compared to the previous version

• New lightweight mesh upper with heat-sealed overlays

• Durable construction without bulk

Less weight on your feet. More speed in movements.

---

🦿 Total lateral support

The TPU Stability Wrap protects and supports during:

• Multidirectional movements

• Shuttle run

• Changes of direction

• Lateral jumps

Functional training means controlled instability.
The CXT-3 dominates it.

---

🔒 Grip on every surface

New sole TYRTAC™ with herringbone pattern:

• Greater traction

• More durability

• Adherence to any indoor surface

From the deck to the turf, you don't slip.
