ATHLETE DIVISION S.R.L. carries out shipments throughout Italy and abroad.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the user at the time of purchase.

For Italian territory, delivery is generally made within 1-5 working days or, if no delivery date is specified, within the deadline estimated at the time of selecting the delivery method and in any case within the maximum deadline 30 days from the order confirmation date.

For European Union countries, delivery is generally made by 1-14 working days and in any case within the maximum deadline of 30 days.

For non-EU territories, delivery takes place approximately by 1-30 working days.

If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this case, a notice will indicate the location of the order and how to arrange a new delivery.

If the user cannot be present at the delivery location at the agreed time, he is invited to contact the company again to agree on a new delivery date.

If delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to ATHLETE DIVISION S.R.L. within 30 days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, the contract will be considered terminated.

In the event of termination of the contract, the amounts will be returned, including delivery costs, with the exclusion of any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary one offered. The refund will take place without unjustified delay and in any case within 30 days from the date of termination of the contract. Any additional transportation costs resulting from the termination will be borne by the buyer.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are explicitly indicated at the time of ordering.

Order processing times are 24-48 hours.
