Description:

Preparation based on oat flour, whey proteins and egg whites, rich in proteins for the preparation of protein pancakes.

Ingredients: Oat flour, egg white, wheat flour, whey protein, bitter cocoa, flavourings, leavening agent: potassium bitartrate , sodium bicarbonate, salt, sweetener: sucralose.

How to use: Mix 50 g of product with 50 ml of water and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Cooking: a) In a pan: preheat a non-stick pan with a liter of oil, pour in about 1/3 of the mixture and cook, stirring, until golden brown on both sides. b) In the microwave: pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mold and cook for 1.5 minutes at maximum power (800 kw).

Warnings: Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and sunlight. Allergens: may contain soya, cereals containing gluten, nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), sesame, peanuts, sulphites.
