Warm Up Pump Evolution contains active ingredients that work synergistically to make an excellent pre-workout supplement. L-arginine, combined with L-citrulline, supports the production of nitric oxide, which, by acting on the muscles of the blood vessels, produces muscle relaxation and consequent vasodilation. This process underpins the need to always prepare the muscles with a thorough warm-up before undertaking any sporting activity.

The synergistic action of L-arginine and L-citrulline is an excellent way to support muscle warming. β-Alanine is a non-protein amino acid, a precursor to carnosine, which buffers muscle acidity caused by lactic acid buildup.

Warm Up Pump Evolution also contains maltodextrin and fructose, easily digestible carbohydrates needed to meet energy needs before physical activity. Finally, it contains taurine, caffeine, and B vitamins, which promote energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue.

How to use: It is recommended to take one sachet per day, dissolved in water, shortly before physical activity.
