A 15 g dose consists of:

- 3 g of Creatine (Creapure™) for an instant increase in phosphocreatine (CP) stores[1], of fundamental importance for the synthesis of ATP in efforts to high intensity of short and medium duration; to ensure adequate hydration and hypertonicity of the cell[2], given the loss of fluids due to physical activity; for a reduction of fatigue[3] in chronic states and sleep deprivation[4]; for a better uptake of glucose inside the cell[5] and therefore for its adequate use for energy purposes; for increasing lean mass and the diameter of type I, IIa and IIx muscle fibers[6].

- L-Citrulline is an amino acid that promotes the synthesis of nitric oxide (NOS)[16,17] which doubles the levels of L-Arginine and L-Ornithine already present in the body[15], thus increasing the vasodilatory effect and therefore a greater influx of nutrients. Citrulline promotes glycogenolysis and glycolysis, thus increasing the production of ATP[18], essential for continuous muscle contraction. It also attenuates the depletion of phosphocreatine stocks (active form of creatine) and promotes its restoration[19], thus decreasing the waiting time in replicating an explosive gesture.

- L-Arginine alphaketoglutarate is an amino acid that directly induces the synthesis of nitric oxide[20], thus increasing blood flow thanks also to the adjuvant action of Citrulline[21 ]. The administration of L-Arginine has been shown to increase anaerobic performance in sprints and delay the time to onset of fatigue symptoms[23]. L-Arginine also has a protective function of the β cells of the pancreas and improves insulin secretion[22]. The combination of L-Arginine and Creatine increases anaerobic performance and muscle mass, as well as improving the rate of ATP resynthesis during muscular effort[24].

- Taurine is another amino acid fundamental for the muscular function of both the osteo-muscular and cardiac systems, as well as the ocular system. In sports it is very useful in performance by improving aerobic capacity [26,27].

- β-Alanine is a modified version of the amino acid ⍺-alanine, and is the most important extracellular substrate for increasing the concentration of Carnosine inside the cell[ 28], responsible for the buffer effect on intramuscular pH, as well as a powerful anti-aging molecule[29] and antioxidant[30], reducing the alteration of proteins by reactive oxygen species (ROS)[31], reactive species of nitrogen (RNS)[32], and the final products of advanced glycation (AGEs)[33]. β-Alanine has been shown to increase the expression of power in endurance strength[34,35] and in the endurance of sprinters in repetition of maximal efforts[36]. β-alanine is particularly effective in all those sports where performance varies from 60 to 240 seconds[37], as in all sports with intermittent efforts.

- Caffeine is a natural alkaloid classified as a nootropic, i.e. a stimulant that acts at the brain level giving greater focus, reactivity and cognition, but it is also a mild anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, associated with the prevention of cancers of the digestive system [38,39]. L-Theanine is an amino acid contained in tea which together with Caffeine works synergistically in increasing concentration, mitigating the unwanted effects of the latter if in excess[40].

- A pool of branched chain amino acids, BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio (L-Leucine 1.0 g; L-Isoleucine 0.5 g; L-Valine 0.5 g), first of all promotes glucose uptake via the PI3K/aPKC pathway, independent of the mTOR pathway and its use in the cell[7][8][9]. Furthermore, they perform a particular neuronal activation function[10], since they would compete with the same tryptophan uptake pathway[11], responsible for the increase in fatigue during training, so their integration before and during training would increase neuronal excitation via mTOR[12], thus allowing greater focus and a delay in the onset of fatigue[13][14].

- Rhodiola Rosea is an adaptogen that is associated with a reduction in physical and mental fatigue[41], an increase in cognitive function[42,43,44, 45] and neuro-motor function[43], to a reduction in the margin of error[43], to an increase in the attention threshold[46] and the reaction time to stimuli[46], and more generally to a improvement of the sense of well-being[43,44].

- CAVACURMIN® is a registered trademark dry extract of curcumin. Curcumin has been shown to prevent and block the degeneration of cognitive function in states of chronic stress [47,48], furthermore curcuminoids reduce depressive symptoms by increasing well-being [49,50,51,52]. Curcumin at the endothelial level has a protective function and increases the production of nitric oxide [53,54], and finally has proven to be a molecule with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties [55]. Piper nigrum l. increases the absorption of curcuminoids by twenty times[56].
