Follow the size guide faithfully:

A1 and A2 refer to the two ways you can wear your pads:

• A1 is the classic method with the fingers inserted up to the first phalanx;
• A2 is a method closer to the gymnast style, with the fingers inserted up to the second phalanx.

How to use the callus pads:

The Full Cover Plus ZERO calliper provides excellent grip on standard and "smooth" bars.
We do not recommend using it on extremely rough bars. Product to be used strictly "WITHOUT MAGNESITE"

How to clean the callus guards:

To clean the external surface we recommend using a normal degreaser.
Hand washing is recommended to avoid compromising the materials used.
Do not let the product dry in the sun after washing.
