Description:
Multi B50 Complex contains all the B group vitamins, even the lesser known ones, obtained from natural sources, such as rice bran, alpha alpha, spirulina and chlorophyll.
The vitamin B complex plays an essential role in numerous metabolic processes involving fats, proteins and carbohydrates in energy and plastic compounds, in ensuring the health of the immune and nervous systems, skin and hair , eyes, mouth and liver.
Being highly water-soluble, the body easily eliminates them so these vitamins must be regularly replenished in the diet.
Manifestations of excess are extremely rare, while serious diseases may occur due to deficiency of some of them (e.g. Pellagra due to vitamin PP deficiency and Beri-Beri due to vitamin B1 deficiency).
Evident symptoms of B vitamin deficiency are fatigue, loss of appetite, angular stomatitis, dermatitis.
Many B vitamins are interdependent on each other; this means that the deficiency of one of them can compromise the functionality of others.
For this reason, they must be taken at the same time.
B vitamins have a particular nutritional significance in conditions of general debilitation, fatigue, lack of appetite, after antibiotic therapies, in the regulation of energy and metabolic processes involving proteins and carbohydrates.
It is particularly suitable for active people to ensure they maintain good vitality and energy and for all those who wish to combat conditions of physical and intellectual tiredness. A diet rich in macronutrients such as proteins and carbohydrates requires an increase in the intake of B vitamins.
