Usage Tips:

• We recommend using the bare cable on a rubber surface or other similar surfaces to make it last longer.
• If you plan to use the rope on a rough surface like concrete, sand, or other surfaces, we recommend using a coated cable. We also recommend using it on smooth or rubberized surfaces, as even a coated cable will wear out very quickly on these surfaces.
• We recommend that you do not use the rope barefoot or with exposed body parts as it may sting if touched.
• Do not use the cable as a weapon.
