Usage tips:

• We recommend using the bare cable on a rubber or other similar surface to make it last longer.
• If you plan to use the rope on a rough surface such as concrete, sand or other, we recommend the covered cable. However, we recommend using it on smooth or rubber surfaces as even a coated cable wears out very quickly on the surfaces mentioned above.
• We suggest that you do not use the rope barefoot or with parts of your body exposed as it could ''sting'' in case of contact.
• Do not use the cable as a weapon.
