A portion of POSTWORKOUT! brings 3 g L-glutamine, citric acid, 1.235 g L-leucine, natural flavour, 1 g ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, 950 mg L-lysine, 825 mg L-isoleucine, 630 mg L-valine, pH alkaline ®(500 mg potassium, 100 mg magnesium and 135 mg calcium), 475 mg L-threonine, 430 mg *L-phenylalanine, 325 mg L-methionine, 200 mg alpha-lipoic acid, 125 mg L-tryptophan, 120 mg ascorbic acid (Vit. C), 1.05 mg pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6), 0.825 mg thiamine hydrochloride (Vit. B1), 1,875 mcg cyanocobalamin 0.1% (Vit. B12).

It is recommended to take a daily portion of POSTWORKOUT! from 15 g (equal to 3 scoops), diluted with 250 cc. of water, to be drunk after training.
