Creatp is indicated to improve energy availability in general , but more precisely in anaerobic sports, of short duration and high intensity (speed, weight lifting). It is recommended to take creatine with a sugary drink or a drink based on simple glucose (15 g), which seems to improve the intestinal assimilation of creatine.
Take 3.5 g per day (about 1 scoop) dissolved in water, preferably away from meals and possibly in the first part of the day. It is recommended to use the product for a period of 10 to 30 days.
