Branched-chain amino acids include three essential amino acids: L-leucine, L-valine, and L-isoleucine. Branched chain amino acids, in conditions of metabolic stress (i.e. while the organism is subjected to an effort) are able to provide support for protein synthesis and can be a source for energy production (gluconeogenesis).
The functions of amino acids are dependent on the presence of B vitamins, which have a fundamental role in optimizing the catabolic and anabolic functions of branched chain amino acids.
How to use: we recommend taking 5 tablets a day with a glass of water.
